We Help You Buy Right.

Formalytx provides services and software to help businesses acquire real estate assets at tax auctions. Though they often sell for 40-70% of market value, assets at tax auctions have traditionally been difficult to acquire due to the complexity and nuance of each market. By combining cutting-edge technology with decades of real-estate expertise, we’ve eliminated that complexity once and for all. Because our system represents every property at auction, in every county across the nation, and it’s updated in real-time, businesses can finally access these high-yield assets and acquire them at volume.

There is no other system available that can do what Formalytx does. But, we are so much more than just a software provider. We also offer step-by-step guidance through every property acquisition, including title and lien reporting, and quiet title sevices. Our goal, plain and simple, is to enable any business to consistently drive yield, maximize spread, and buy right at tax auctions.

The Team

Kendall Bond

CEO and co-founder Kendall Bond is an expert in distressed property acquisitions, with over three decades experience in the real estate industry. Prior to 2000, Kendall built a new technology for the title industry. After a successful exit he decided to turn his attention to county tax auctions where he saw a huge market opportunity, inefficient with horrible processes and even worse data. He thought, “There has got to be a better way.” Since then he has dedicated himself to understanding the nuances of county tax auctions nationally. Formalytx is the cumulative result of that dedication specifically aimed at solving the problems professionals face at county tax auctions.

The Real Team

Formalytx wouldn’t exist without the dedicated team of data analysts, software developers, architects, designers and real estate partners in our key markets across the united states.
